10 April 2014
This year Sakura blooming in Japan is a bit early and today when I’m writing this blog, Sakura is about to leave Tokyo.
Sakura is moving north and this week, people in Miyagi might be able to see. Also next week I hope I have time to move around Fujisan to see Sakura with my lovely mountain.
Tokyo Skytree is a miracle tower that it can be transformed into each Japan season. Yes, during this period, the color is pink of Sakura.
Kudanshita in Chidorigafuchi park is also one of the most famous Sakura sight seeing in Tokyo. People are crowded. Sakura are crowded. This is really feeling of Japan :)
Naka-Meguro station where Meguro river run through, is one of the most beautiful Sakura view. Small town, Sakura and Smiling from people here make everyone happy on Sakura season.
Kinuta park in Yoga station is the nearest park that I visit everytime during Sakura season. Big Sakura tree. People come for hanami. It’s one of the very good environment place in Tokyo especially Sakura season.
Like past years, I have time to see Sakura during weekend only. 2 weeks is the most time you can see full bloom and just hope that the weather is good enough to make my Sakura look more beautiful.
After this week, it’s time to say goodbye Sakura 2014 in Tokyo. I think I still have chance to meet Sakura again in Fujisan and Tohoku area.
Sakura is always lovely & beautiful … :D
7 December 2013
Time to say goodbye to autumn color this year in Japan.
After this week, leafs will soon disappear from their trees and real winter is already coming.
Last weekend I just take a rest from every week traveling for autumn color in November by walk slowly in some Tokyo parks. Koishikawa Korakuen, one of the most beautiful park in Tokyo, Yoyogi park and Ueno park are my peaceful week destinations.
December is a month of happiness. Wish everyone have a very good time in this month and after new year, life must go on again :D
PS. My Adobe Lightroom 5.2 still can’t read .NEF from Nikon Df. I have to modify exif data to Nikon D4 instead :P
19 October 2013
Early morning heading to Katsuta station where located in Ibaraki, Japan which my destination is to see Kokia in red color. The very big place that the big bunch of a little bush have been planted is called Hitachi Kaihin park. It can be reached by 20 minute bus from the station.
Kokia in summer is green colour then when the autumn come, it changes to red colour and dries in brown during winter time. It may not be that much interesting if the Kokia is alone in the pot but when it gathering together in the garden, Kokia is very beautiful especially in red :)
Actually I was almost a bit late because the time I visited this park, Kokia was not in fully red anymore. It was a bit dry on top already (luckily time is still waiting for me :) )
Autumn already comes to in Japan and I’m also ready for my next destination here. :D
23 November 2010
November in Tokyo I consider the best weather and also the best view.
Ginkgo Leafs start to change their color from green to be dazzling yellow or even red from the maple.
In Yoyogi park, you can see a lot of happiness here :D
I wish I could stay in Japan till the winter comes :)
