16 November 2013
It’s about 1 year and 1 month passed … then I come back here again in Kawaguchiko to meet my beloved Fujisan.
Autumn color here might be a bit late so I decide to travel around 5 lakes just to see this Japan symbol from the lakes it made long time ago.
First day arriving, go directly to Chureito pagoda and Oshino Hakkai to see Fujisan in different view and this time is great because shy mountain reveal itself to me clearly :D
Time left in the evening, Yamankako is a good choice as last destination for the first day. Shadow of Fujisan when the sunset is also amazing.
Early morning on the second day, my target is to see sun rise then the best place is Motosuko (Lake Motosu) where you can find the view point in 1000Yen note :)
Also traveling around 5 lake is interesting. Starting from Motosuko, Shojiko, Saiko, Kawaguchiko and end up at Yamanakako before going back to Tokyo for freshly working week coming. Feeling of seeing how Fujisan made this 5 lakes with nice weather come inside my body are releasing all of my stress. I recommend you all to try once or twice a year especially office guys in the city :D
These 2 days weather is really nice and I can clearly see my beloved mountain. What a very nice weekend :D
3 November 2013
Long weekend in Japan then I decided to go Nikko again after 3 years (last year my blog about Nikko got freshly pressed :) ).
Because it’s a long holiday and it seems to be the right time for Japanese people to go on vacation, traffic in Nikko was very high on Sunday and I had to take 4 hours from Tobu-Nikko station to Hotel near by Chuzenji lake :(
On the first day I have only a few hours before sunset to walk around the lake and also to the Kegon waterfall. Autumn colors here are always nice to see. My brain and my mind can be refreshed after long working day by just walking around this place with very beautiful scenery :D
Raining in the morning on the second day, I decide not to go for Akechidaira ropeway and also be afraid of traffic when I move back to the station. So, the world heritage is the target on this day.
Whole day sight seeing the world heritage is such a pretty day. Tosho-gu shrine and Rinno-ji temple are full of tourists as always.
I come back here again and I think it will not be the final round. Nikko is one of the most beautiful place in Japan. Who need to visit Nikko only once? Not me :D
8 October 2012
Today my destination is Kiyomizu-Dera. Normal thing happen in Japan that the sky was so cloudy :(
I’d started from Gion but Gion in the day time is not that interesting. Good time to take a walk here should be in the evening till late night I think.
Kiyomizu-Dera is one of famous place here as well. View from temple on the hill is magnificent and if you notice, many teenagers come here because the shrine there is related to love :). Also there are 3 lines of water fall where the Japanese believe that they are about smart, love and health.
After Kiyomizu-Dera, I’d got lost on the bus to lake Biwa (hahahaha), the biggest lake in Japan. I only missed half and hour for the twilight time there and could only see some light-up near by the lake.
Happy new year 2013 to all that come to visit my traveling. My #Japan #bigtrip come to the second last day already :D
1-2 October 2012
Again I visited Kawaguchiko. (My first time in Kawaguchiko here )
This time I took 2 days walking around 2 lakes (Kawaguchiko and Yamanakako) and 1 night to stay in ryokan next to Kawaguchiko.
First day was for Yamanakako. On the bus from Kawaguchiko to Yamanakako, then , I started walking full round of this lake and I made it :)
A bit luck that this time I could see my lovely shy Fujisan that almost covered by clouds in the evening time.
Around 6PM I have to run for the bus to Kawaguchiko because my dinner in ryokan will be end at 8PM. Then at night I had the best relax time in Japan by staying in big and best environment ryokan here :)
Second day, it was the time for Kawaguchiko. this day was even worse than the day before because my Fujisan had totally gone behind the big cloud :(
Kawaguchiko is quite an challenging place that encourage you to come back any time you want just to see the most beautiful landmark in Japan … Fujisan :D
11 December 2010
Last 2 years I’d been to Kawaguchiko and it was very nice weather and view.
Took the train since early morning and walked around the lake till evening that made me refresh from very busy weekdays.
October 1st. to 2nd., 2012 will be the second time to Kawaguchiko. And this time I’ve booked the hotel for one night onsen with Fujisan view overthere :)
Absolutely, I hope the weather will be nice even it’s still hot now in Japan.
See you again in next 2 weeks. My lovely Fujisan :D
